We always strive to be able to offer as flexible a solution as possible. We are also responsive, and we want to adapt our services as conditions change. Innovation and development are therefore important cornerstones in our work. The fact that many of our customers have been returning for several years and that we have been active for over 30 years is something we take to mean that our approach works and is appreciated.
We Always Offer Personal Support, Monitoring and Maintenance
We emphasise the importance of always collecting information. Therefore, when you sign an agreement with us, personal support, monitoring and maintenance are always included. Our staff is hand-picked to take care of our customers in the best possible way and the products and services we offer are carefully selected and designed to make everything run smoothly.
In addition to personal support (an employee at IMAS who is dedicated to making everything flow), we also use automated monitoring to detect any deficiencies proactively. Practically, this means that the visitor counter is equipped with a technology that tells us directly if something is wrong and needs to be addressed and maintained.
With over 30 000 installations and many hundred customers spread out across Europe and South East Asia we have established strong relations with our customers and suppliers. Our head office Nordic is located in Sweden, head office Europe in Germany and head office South-South East Asia in Thailand.
