Kreiswerke Grevenbroich GmbH (Germany) has started using IMAS people counting system to count the number of visitors in real time. The two swimming facilities, Kaarster See and Strandbad Strabeach located in Rhein-Kreis Neuss, uses IMAS people counting system to make sure the number of visitors is controlled according to the current Corona regulations.
The data from the people counting system is displayed online
To get the real-time data on how many visitors there are at the premises, you need to have a 3D-sensor mounted at the entrances. The people counters can be mounted both outdoor and indoor depending on the conditions.
- It’ s a plug-and-play-system and easy to install. You also need a webportal such as Xperio to get the people counting system to work, says Naoufal Chaghouani, Key Account Manager at IMAS.
The information on the number of people is displayed at the Kreiswerke Grevenbroich homepage (links) with the help of a simple widget provided by IMAS.
- If the number of visitors is reached notifications are sent to the responsible staff who can take appropriate actions if needed, Naoufal explains.
