Background
IMAS Group consists of subsidiary companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany, each relatively autonomous, operating on a shared technological platform. While financials are managed locally, centralization of product/technology development and finance occurs in Norway.
Data is gathered from sensors, business systems, and other sources, providing customers with analyses and insights through IMAS' Analytics portal Xperio — a flexible, robust solution ensuring longevity.
Our clientele spans large retail entities like shopping centers, chains, and standalone stores, as well as the public sector, offering exciting growth prospects. Key responsibilities include:
Structuring and professionalizing the finance function
Developing metrics and dashboards
Ongoing reporting
Accounting closure
Aiding in system support implementation
Office Manager tasks in consultation with the CEO
Prepare and present analyses and reports for the board
We seek candidates with experience in financial/business controlling and economic analysis, particularly in tech, IT/software/SaaS-related professional services. Experience as an auditor or in financial analysis/controlling, or with leading consulting firms/CFO Services, is relevant.
